Victorian goth takes elements of Victorian style and appropriates them in a darker fashion, cameos are a big part of this, and the most beautiful shoes (I actually own a pair of the top left). Accurate historical dress is often used (like my lovely lady is wearing) such as corsets and bustles, but some elements have been changed or appropriated differently, for example, the shoes would never have heels that tall.
